3. You have a right to a name and to be a member of a country.

Every child has a right to their own name and to belong to a country.  Children need these rights because if you have an identity and are a citizen of a country, you are able to access anything that the government of that country provides.  For example, in Canada, citizens can access free medical care, free education and social services like Children's Aid Society who can help children whose rights are not being respected.
